The association is all about promoting adorations to the two hearts of Love, the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary.  Our Lord Jesus enjoined St. Margaret Mary Alacoque to spread devotion to His sacred Heart and thereafter commanded Fr. Mateo to enthrone His Sacred Heart in as many homes as possible. This is why every adorer of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, must have the Icon of His Sacred Heart enthroned in their home. We Adore every Thursday by 5pm inside the Church, and every 1st Friday of every month, is for special adoration of reparations for all the outrages, sacrileges and blasphemies towards that Sacred Heart of Love, also by 5pm. Then every 1st Saturday of every month by 8am(immediately after the morning Mass) a special adoration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary holds by the association, at the Marian grotto. 

The association holds her monthly thanksgiving and general meeting every 3rd Sunday of every month, after the 11:30am Mass, at the Domus Maria. The association is divided into 5 zones for closer fellowship. Zone A, is Isolo area, Zone B is Ireakari estate and environs, Zone C is Okota zone, Ibeh road area. Zone D1 is Ago left side (Mr Biggs side), while Zone D2 is Ago right side. Zones are expected to meet alternatively at members homes every 2nd/3rd Saturday of every month. 

To become a member, a parishioner will undergo an enthronement class, after which the home is enthroned with the Altar of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary and finally solemnly admitted by the bishop ordinary.

 The association is a family pious society, in that both spouses are encouraged to be members and the children are enrolled as Tarsicians, because once a home is enthroned, it is a sacrilege to dethrone the altar there
